LINCAS, a 100% Siemens subsidiary in Hamburg, has for decades been offering a high-quality service in exporting products and systems of nearly all Siemens Groups into all regions of the world.

With FLEx, a new business segment of LINCAS, the company is expanding its range of services, offering a wide variety of flexible customer solution packages in complex project support.

It combines customer-oriented financing (F), logistics (L) and export (Ex) services in a new way and approach:
With FLEx, LINCAS aims at projects where the Siemens’ delivery part is normally less than 50%, but offers a 100% logistics/exports plus financial solution for the project. In this way FLEx opens a new customer channel and completes the Siemens One initiative. The goal is to acquire projects by selling primarily non-product or system driven service solutions. The targeted projects are recruited from all Siemens One sectors / branches.
Lincas provides this new customer solution in close cooperation with Siemens Financial Services (PEF 2) and the regional companies.

The key to success of FLEx consists in accumulating advantages and benefits for all partners (mainly the customer) involved in a complex project.
