SBT, in cooperation with its local partner – NTC Co., has represented latest products on air control system, BMS (Building Management System) using Apogee software inside.
The control equipment for electrical systems, air-conditioning system and other building applications from Siemens is built in by tailor-made control program for building. The great advantage is to manage and monitor two main large energy consumption - Aircon and lighting (account for 80% of the building energy consumption) allows the energy saving upto 20-30% on total energy consumption each year for a building.
Another advantage is to control the electrical quality from public rid and the distribution quality to the end-user, so as to minimize losses and disputes over electrical charge.
Besides a huge product portfolio of sensors was intensively introduced, such as temperature sensor, humidity sensor installed inside the building, airduct, waterpipe, air quality, etc.
SBT is also offering a product range from control equipment for residential house – SYNCO TM, which is used for air-conditioning, variable air volume for a clean room. It’s suitable for pharmaceutical production sectors, patient rooms based on the constant room pressure concept, whereby the transmission of virus or air from room to room is least limited. Aircon- controllers ensure automatic energy-saving operation of aircon inside the building, whereby room temperature is stablized every time.
The products and solutions offered by SBT have caught great interest from the visitors. SBT representatives from Singapore as well as local distributors have met with business partners and held lots of business discussion from which business opportunities were drawn out.
The success of the Fair will be an important step forward for SBT to further position itself in the Building & Service Facilities sector.
