Siemens donates X ray system to Dang Thuy Tram Hospital in Duc Pho District- Quang Ngai Province

Quang Ngai, October 6, 2006, the hand-over ceremony of X-ray system to Dang Thuy Tram Hospital (previously known as Duc Pho Medical Center, Quang Ngai Province) was held today with the participation of Quang Ngai Province’s leaders, Cho Ray Hospital’s doctors, Siemens Vietnam, Chi Anh Med Tech. As agreed, Siemens will sponsor for the X ray equipment and our authorized partner, Chi Anh Med Tech Company Ltd will be in charge of technical and maintenance service. Besides, Cho Ray Hospital will offer training to radiologists and engineers until their staff can work independently.

The X-ray system will be used for daily clinical practices with an aim to improve the quality of patient care at Dang Thuy Tram Hospital. This is the popular X-ray system which is essential for daily examinations, helping doctors get used to the advanced medical equipment.
