On 15 May 2007, a strategic alliance agreement was signed between VINACONEX-ALPHANAM Infrastructure Development JSC and Siemens Limited Vietnam.

VINACONEX-ALPHANAM Infrastructure Development JSC is a member of VINACONEX Group, the leading investor and contractor in Vietnam, with ALPHANAM being a strategic partner. The company aims to become a leading member of VINACONEX within 3 years from now. It is also expected to be the key organization of ALPHANAM Group in its EPC and property business in North Vietnam.

The two parties agree to cooperate and mutually support each others to prosper in Viet Nam market as well as in neighboring countries. VINACONEX-ALPHANAM commits to prioritize Siemens products and solutions in their entire business spectrum. In return, Siemens will provide VINACONEX-ALPHANAM with their best support in trainings, know-how transferring, technical consultancy for special projects and after-sales-services. This agreement is a milestone of Siemens Limited Vietnam on the way of becoming an integrated part of Vietnam’s economy and business society.
