| The Core Elements
Core Elements are the systematic process steps within the Performance Management Process and include mandatory content to be considered in performing each step. In addition to the mandatory content here included, optional approaches have been defined in the “Supporting Tools and Recommendations” to allow for enhancing or additional value-add activities within the process.
Role & Responsibilities
The governance of the Performance Management Process relies in CP W. Amendments cannot be done without consultation and approval from CP W. The responsibility for implementation and execution relies in the Human Resources organizations of Groups and Regions. Within the process, the roles and responsibilities for the individual process steps are defined as follows:
