R&D ENGINEER

• Phụ trách các hoạt động R&D.
  To be in charge of R&D activities concerning product design

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về cơ khí, điện hoặc thiết kế sản phẩm.
  Having experience working for Mechanical & Electrical system/product design
• Áp dụng lý thuyết, những nguyên tắc cơ bản vào viêc nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm bao gồm thiết kế, đặc tính của sản phẩm và các quy trình cần thiết đề sản xuất.
  Apply existing and develop new principles and solutions in product design, perform complex work in research and development including the design, product characteristics and the documentation (e.g. requirements specification, performance specification) necessary to produce the design in quantity.
• Sử dụng những công cụ trợ giúp trong việc thiết kế, sản xuất những sản phẩm mới, và cải tiến, nâng cấp những sản phẩm cũ.
  Use tools to aid in the design, and production of new tools, new products and modification and updating of existing product
• Nghiên cứu những sản phẩm cạnh tranh.
  Research competitor products
• Hỗ trợ bộ phận mua hàng trong việc nghiên cứu vật tư.
  Support Purchasing in searching material and adequate suppliers
• Hỗ trợ Bộ phận R&D trong việc xây dựng sản phẩm mới đáp ứng nhu cầu cho thị trường trong nước.
  Support R&D Department to build the new product which meets the local market’s need
• Hỗ trợ bộ phận Kinh Doanh trong việc đánh giá tính khả thi và phát triển những yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng để chọn lựa. (cung cấp nhiều sự chọn lựa để khách hàng quyết định)
  Support of Sales Department regarding feasibility of specific customer specifications and development of alternatives (provide options for customer’s selection)
• Quản lý các tài liệu về sự thay đổi của sản phẩm. Chịu trách nhiệm thay đổi quy trình sản xuất (nếu cần thiết) dựa trên các báo cáo về lỗi sản phẩm. Responsibility for the change management of production documents, based on analysis of product errors (customer complain management, factory program, change process if possible)
• Làm việc một cách chuyên nghiệp theo hướng dẫn và đúng quy định.(CANCEL) Work at the professional level with some general guidance and direction

• Bằng chuyên môn về điện/ cơ khí.
  Electrical degree
• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc cho công ty về thiết bị điện trong bộ phận R&D.
  At least 3 years working experience (in R&D Department would be an advantage)
• Có tính sáng tạo, chủ động trong kinh việc và tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm. Creative mind, initiative, team working skills
• Am hiểu về nhu cầu thị trường của các nước trong khu vực Châu Á.
  Understand the local market’s needs
• Sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD.
  Experience in working with AutoCAD-Systems and switchboards
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ thống SAP và sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm tin học văn phòng khác.
  Basic knowledge in SAP, experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
• Hiểu biết căn bản về quy trình sản xuất
  Basic knowledge in production concepts
• Có khả năng quyết định công việc.
  Decision making skills
• Thông thạo tiếng Anh (nói và viết).
  Very good communication skills and command of English in both written and oral.
• Ưu tiên người Bình Dương.
  Living in Binh Duong Province is preferable
