Key responsibilities:
- Manage the operational activities of the development. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- Manage the operational activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets and financial goals.
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- Analyse the document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Co-ordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
- To ensure production planning is carried out regularly and publicised openly to production personnel.

Knowledge, experience and skills required:
- Knowledge:
- Mechanical/Electrical/ Industrial Management Degree
- Professional expertise
- Technical/product knowledge

- Good in English (written – oral)
- Experience:
- 3 years experience within Production, Supply Chain and Quality.
- 3 years experience of leading one function (10-100 people) in a local
business
- 3 years experience with Busbar/switchboard is preferable.
