Mission of Function:

- To plan, organize and execute project schedule in the most cost
effective and timely
manner
- Perform/monitor engineering of project assigned and ensure all
technical design /
requirements conform with contract specification, industry standards and
Siemens
regulations (e.g. PM@Siemens).

Education:
|
|
| |
Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Electrical Engineering
|
|
| |
Areas of Responsibility/Tasks: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Act as member / manager of project team: project management,
cost
calculation, technical clarification with customer and sub suppliers
and technical risk analysis.
• Liaise with Authority, other departments, Consultants, Contractors
and Suppliers on the implementation of the projects.
• Liaise and assist in submit of all necessary permit, licenses and
submission to all relevant Authority for the works
• Close supervision of works carried out by contractors and
suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule
• Ensure highest quality on the works carried out by the contractors,
fabricators and suppliers
• Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record
correspondence, as-built drawings etc.
• Resolve design and site problems encountered during the
construction period
- Customer training
After Sales Service
- Provide technical support to sales team
- Keep knowledge updated about Siemens Solutions, electrical and
automation products/system.

1. Technical product/solution knowledge in the fields of
Electrical/Automation/security system (e.g. MV, LV, DCS, CCTV,
Access Control, Communication…)
2. Knowledge of certain branch technologies
3. Familiar with Siemens Industrial Portfolio
4. Knowledge about potential customers and suppliers
5. Sub-contractor management and cost control
6. MS Project and Design tools (CAD)
7. PM processes
8. MS Office

Experience: |

- Professional: two-four years working experience in
electrical/automation/security engineering or project management in
industrial section
- Project / Process: Capability and willingness to work in
remote site
- Leadership: sub-contractor management and condensate with
office
team and customers, consultants
- Intercultural: Able to deal with different cultures
