Airfield Lighting & Control System

Scope: Supply of Airfield Ground lighting (CATII) on Runway 1B, adjacent taxiways and supply and installation of a new Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCS).
The scope also included training, start-up and commissioning.

  • Noi Bai International Airport has complied with ICAO Category II (Cat II) in Vietnam.
  • Ensure safe round-the -clock operation of the runway, even at minimum visibility
    conditions of 350 meters.
  • Training of the ALCS operators and maintenance people of the airports
  • Contribute the development of passenger and cargo operation in Vietnam.
